AMORGOS REVISITED
After almost 30 years, Amorgos Island will revive the unique and mythical movie “Le Grand Bleu” by organizing a free diving contest. Hosted on the island of Amorgos, the international competition Authentic Big Blue will take place from 18 to 24 September 2017 and is planned to be staged annually thereafter. Alongside the main free-diving event, Amorgos will host a gastronomy festival, so athletes, guests, fans and the public can experience the flavors of the local Greek products and cuisine and showcase the nation’s culinary skills.
